Mark presently serves as president of STAND, Inc., a statewide advocacy network, which advocates for the rights of children with disabilities. This all volunteer organization presents training conferences around the state. Recently STAND has begun to encourage and charter the development of local STAND chapters for the support, encouragement and training of parents and advocates. Two vigorous STAND chapters have been founded in Pinellas County, Central Florida (Orlando), and Hillsborugh.
