The attorneys and advocates of Special Education Law and Advocacy understand the unique role of legal and educational advocacy in the milieu of special education. We have worked hard to shape our services to meet the very specific and diverse needs of parents, who are advocating for their children with disabilities.
On these pages (see tabs above) we will look at the role of Special Education Law and Advocacy attorneys and advocates in the representing children with disabilities relative to their public education. Among other subjects, it will look at role of the Firm's attorneys and advocates in communicating with the school districts, obtaining evaluations, designing good IEPs, mediating disputes, due process hearings, and, finally, civil litigation.
